A Life Shaped by Movement, Guided by Heart

I’m Elize Franceschi, a Brazilian dreamer, lucky to walk through life beside my greatest companion — my husband and co-adventurer.
In 2016, we packed our lives into a few suitcases and set out to explore the world with open hearts.
Along the way, we lived in different countries, embraced new languages and cultures, and collected more than memories — we collected growth.

"

A life of purpose, presence, and movement.

When we arrived in Luxembourg, something shifted. It felt like home. And it’s here that we chose to plant roots and build a life of purpose, presence, and movement.

My love for movement started early. I graduated in Physical Education in 2010, but my path with Pilates began long before that — in 2008, still at university, when I first encountered a method that felt like coming home to my own body. A year later, I completed my first Comprehensive Certification — and never stopped learning.
Over the years, I’ve taught Pilates in four countries, in many different settings: one-on-one sessions, bustling group classes, and everything in between.

One of the most defining chapters in my journey came during the pandemic. In a time of global uncertainty, I found clarity. I stayed grounded by showing up — for my students, for my practice, for the power of movement to bring us back to ourselves, even through a screen. It was in that quiet, persistent dedication that I understood even more deeply what this work really is.

Pilates, for me, is more than technique. It’s listening. It’s guiding. It’s a way to hold space — for strength, for healing, for growth.

Care and curiosity

I teach with care, with curiosity, and with reverence for the method that has shaped my life. Not chasing trends, but staying true to the essence — and always leaving room for play, for laughter, for what makes us human.
If you’re looking for a place to move, to breathe, to reconnect — I’m here.
Let’s meet you where you are. And move forward, together.

“Change happens through movement, and movement heals.”
