CHOOSE YOUR CLASS
Our group classes are organized by level to ensure the right pace, guidance, and a supportive experience for every student.
If you’re new to Pilates, we recommend starting with Beginner or Open Level classes — a welcoming space to build confidence and feel supported from the start.
If you’re new to Essence, Intermediate and Advanced classes are part of a progressive path. Most clients begin with Open Level to become familiar with the method and our studio approach.
