Not just a workout — a full body, full system experience

At Essence Pilates, we don’t follow trends — we follow intention.
We believe your body deserves more than a simplified version of this rich method. That’s why we teach the full system — Mat and Apparatus — with care, creativity, and deep respect for the original work of Contrology.

You won’t find just Reformer classes here.
Instead, we welcome you to experience what Pilates truly is: a method that blends movement, breath, and awareness across all its original apparatus — including Reformer, Tower, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, and more.
If you’re ready to explore the depth of this practice, we’re ready to guide you through it.

WHAT WE OFFER

At Essence Pilates, we don’t simplify the method — we respect it.

We offer a complete and structured approach to Pilates, designed to help you build strength, improve posture and move with confidence — whether it’s your first time or you’re looking to deepen your practice.

If you’re new, you’re in the right place. Our classes are designed to guide you from the very beginning, with the attention and support you need to feel comfortable and confident.

Through different ways of exploring the method, you can choose the experience that best supports your body, your goals and your rhythm.

Choose your starting point:

Apparatus Classes

Max. 3 people per class — highly personalized training.

Train in a fully equipped Pilates studio with focused, hands-on guidance throughout the entire session.

With only 3 people per class, you’ll receive constant support to improve posture, build strength and move with precision — at your own pace, even if you’re new to Pilates.

Take the first step — we’ll guide you from there.

Mat Classes

Max. 6 people per class — focused guidance in every session.

Our Mat classes bring you back to the essence of Pilates — no springs, no shortcuts.
Just you, your breath, and control.

In small groups of up to 6, you’ll build strength, improve posture and develop body awareness in a focused yet welcoming environment.

Take the first step — we’ll guide you from there.

Private Sessions

One body, one path, full attention

One-to-one training — fully tailored to your body and your goals.

A space designed entirely for you.

In these one-on-one sessions, every movement is selected with care — whether you’re recovering from injury, working with a specific need, or looking to deepen your practice with precision and intention.

Move at your own pace, with full attention, expert guidance, and a program adapted to your body.

Recommended for specific goals or individual support.

Semi-Private Sessions

Shared energy, personal focus

Two people, one instructor — personalized training, shared experience

Train alongside a partner while still receiving individual guidance tailored to your needs and goals.

Ideal for friends, partners, or anyone who enjoys a shared experience — without losing the structure and attention of a personalized session.

Move together, stay motivated, and grow your practice side by side.

Perfect if you prefer to train with a partner.

Class Levels – A Path to Progress

Small groups, big results

Each class at Essence is designed to support your practice with clarity, intention, and the right level of challenge — no matter where you’re starting from.

To ensure every student receives the right guidance, some classes are organized using teacher-assigned levels such as Intermediate and Advanced. These are not labels, but a way to create the right pace, focus, and learning environment for each group.

If you’re new to Pilates, you’re warmly welcome to begin with our Beginner or Open Level classes — designed to give you the foundations, support, and confidence to progress safely.

Because Pilates isn’t just about doing the movement — it’s about building it through breath, control, precision, and awareness.

Beginner

Where your foundation begins — with clarity and support

Start with the foundations that support everything else.

Ideal if you’re new to Pilates or looking to improve posture, strength, and body awareness.
These sessions focus on breath, control, and precision — at a slower, guided pace.

Open Level

Where your practice grows — with support and flexibility

Build your practice with support and flexibility.

Suitable for all levels, these classes help you improve strength, mobility, and control, with adaptations that meet you where you are.

Intermediate

Where your practice starts to take shape

Develop your practice with more flow and connection.

Designed for those with a solid foundation, these sessions introduce transitions, rhythm, and precision, helping you move with greater confidence and control.

Advanced

Where the work moves into full expression

Move with depth, control, and full-body integration.

For experienced practitioners, these sessions explore more complex and demanding sequences, guided by focus, awareness, and the principles of the method.
